The order is being considered completed when the item is delivered to the recipient or is picked up by the buyer at Decoflux brand stores depending on the buyer’s choice at the time of purchase.

When ordering, it is necessary to provide correct personal data: First name, Last name, delivery address, telephone number, e-mail.

An Invoice is issued if requested by the buyer.

• How do I place an order online?

1. Find the product you like in the search or selected category.

2. Add the product you like to your shopping bag.

3. Select the shopping bag icon in the top right corner of the page to complete the shopping.

4. Enter the discount code when you get into the purchase window.

5. Several delivery methods will be provided to you – choose the most appropriate option.

6. Provide the correct data about yourself and enter your correct email address. If you are signed in to the decoflux account – enter your login information: username and password.

7. If you are a new user, please enter your billing and shipping details correctly. If your billing and shipping address is the same, confirm this by ticking the box below the question.

8. Choose a payment method and make a payment. Check if an invoice is required.

9. Enjoy your purchase.

• How do I know if an order is being processed?

You will receive an order confirmation by e-mail that you submitted at the registration, after the bank informs us of the successful payment transaction. If you do not receive the letter, please contact us by phone or email info@decoflux.com. Upon 5 working days after delivery, you will receive an invoice by e-mail if you have requested it while making an order.

• Is it necessary to sign up for online shopping?

You do not have to sign up, but you will need to fill in the personal data, we will keep it in accordance with the law (reference to data processing and security information). Please note that, as a registered user, you will be able to make future orders easier, you will receive loyalty points that you will always be able to change into discounts, you will be the first to receive special and personalized offers.
