  • How to place an order in the online shop?
  1. Find the product you like in the search or in the selected category.
  2. Add the product you like to the basket.
  3. To complete your shopping, select the cart icon in the upper right corner of the page.
  4. When the purchase page opens, enter the discount code, if you have one.
  5. You will be presented with several delivery methods – choose the most acceptable option.
  6. Provide the correct information about yourself, and enter the correct email address. If you have a Decoflux account – enter your login details: username and password.
  7. If you’re a new user, enter your billing and shipping information correctly. If your billing and shipping addresses match, please confirm this by checking the box below the form provided.
  8. Choose a payment method and make a payment. Check the box if an invoice is required.
  9. Enjoy your purchase.
  • How to find out if my order is being processed?
    You will receive an order confirmation by e-mail provided at registration after the bank notifies us of a successful payment transaction. If you do not receive an email, please contact us by phone or email After delivery/collection, you will receive an invoice by email within 5 days, if you have requested it.
  • Is it necessary to register to be able to shop online?
