The graphic design of the Love Story of Royal Vilnius collection was created by designer Julija Janus.

The Vilnius love map contains the buildings of Vilnius Old Town in a thoughtful order. The most iconic places in Vilnius are associated with the legendary royal couple: Barbora Radvilaite and Žygimantas Augustas. Their love story in Vilnius took place in and near the Palace of the Grand Dukes of Lithuania, where you can now find the remains of the tunnel floor of the royal love story and the images and sculpture-bust of Žygimantas Augustas. Vilnius Cathedral – where the famous couple got secretly married. St. Onos Church is where Barbora Radvilaite used to pray. Pilies street, Gate of Dawn, through which Barbora went to Krakow to be crowned a queen, returned to be buried in the Vilnius Cathedral. And, of course, the image of the monument to Barbora Radvilaite is painted next to the Jesuit church and monastery, the crown of which, when standing at a certain point on Vokiečiu street, appears in perspective on the head of Barbora’s silhouette.

Romantic Vilnius unfolds in one drawing of a royal love story also because its old town is recognized by Unesco as one of the 8 most romantic capitals of Europe. This recognition motivated us to create the Vilnius love map collection.
