You will receive an order confirmation by e-mail provided at registration after the bank notifies us of a successful payment transaction. You can pick up the items at Decoflux stores free of charge. After receiving the payment confirmation from the bank, a store employee will contact you and inform you when the goods will be ready.
Venipak courier service in Lithuania delivers the goods on the next working day from the confirmation of payment of the received order. The courier will contact the consignee at the telephone number provided before the goods are delivered.
Goods are delivered to Latvia or Estonia by Venipak courier service. The goods are usually delivered to Latvia the next working day, in Estonia the goods are usually delivered after 48 hours. from order confirmation.

We create almost all of our range from natural fabrics. The only exception is for some decorative pillow fabrics.
We recommend that you follow the care information that is provided on the product. You can also find this information in the product description section. We also recommend washing the products turned inside out We advise you not to abuse the high temperature, which makes the cotton fabric unstable and the yarn hardens faster.
Different markets are dominated by different sizes. The sizes considered standard in Lithuania are: single quilt – 140x200cm (width x length), double quilt – 200x220cm (width x length), Pillow 50x70cm (length x width). There are no standards, so if the dimensions of your bedding are different, all you have to do is take a meter and measure the following edges: length and width. The same goes for sheets: the width and length of the mattress are measured. It is important to note that if you are interested in fitted sheet, be sure to measure the height of the mattress (usually 25 – 30 cm).
Only unused, unpacked goods can be returned within 14 calendar days (from the receipt of the goods) by invoicing the customer for the delivery costs. More about returning goods here.
