RETURN OF ITEMS

Bed linen products are categorised as non-returnable goods. However, we value our customers and provide this option under the following conditions:

  • The returned product is unpacked and the original packaging is intact.
  • The product has a manufacturing defect.
  • The returned product is clean.
  • The product must be unused.
  • Failure to comply with the above conditions shall the goods non-returnable.

Returns must be accompanied by proof of purchase: purchase receipt/invoice.

Returns can be made within 14 working days The customer is responsible for the delivery of the returned items and is ensuring that the returned items are safely packed and undamaged. The customer pays for the return.

Returning part of your order means you won’t have to pay for the gift you receive. This amount will be deducted from your refund for the returned item (s).

Once the courier has delivered the product, a team of experts will inspect it and determine whether it meets any of the above conditions. If it is determined that the product has been returned without complying with the specified conditions, the money for the product will not be refunded. Otherwise, the money for the returned product will be transferred to your bank account within 14 working days.

The possibility of receiving a defective product is extremely low, because before reaching the customer it is inspected by 5 different quality experts. However, if this happens, please do not use the product and inform us as soon as possible. In this case, we will exchange the product and pay the shipping costs.

In cases where the defect is not under our control and is found to be intentional, the product will not be replaced or refunded.
